August Mazda

Tomas was awesome to deal with as well as everyone else I dealt with. Tomas also had great communication. While the Mazda cx-3 gt was going through the steps to get ready for me to buy he was kind enough to send me updates as soon as he got the information himself as well as answering all my questions to the best of his abilities. Now that I have dealt with them I don’t think I’d ever deal with anyone else.

Thank you to Randy and the team at August Mazda for helping me upgrade a recently purchased vehicle due to a small but significant medical issue to one that suits my new needs perfectly. Kind, helpful, hassle free and honorable which are words not usually used to describe a car dealership. Customer service and satisfaction second to none! Thank you.

I have to say - I absolutely enjoyed my experience with August Mazda. I like to take my time with big purchasing decisions, and it was clear that they were not there to pressure me to buy - but to support whatever choice I ended up making (whether buying with them or not). It's clear they have an incredible team environment, and they honestly treated me like a member of the family from start to finish. They were patient with my questions, and just as excited as I was to see me driving off the lot with a great used vehicle in top condition, for a great price. I'd say, even if you're not in the market for Mazda (I purchased a Subaru forester off the lot) to check out what they have--the service experience was well worth checking it out (and the free coffee was EXCELLENT). Exemplary after sale customer service. A few days after purchasing our new Mazda, we discovered a small scratch. When we alerted August Mazda about the scratch, they focused making it right. They repaired the scratch as their focus is customer service. If you are in the market for a new car, we highly recommend August Mazda. They have been amazing.

Tues, oct. 10, 2023. Paul, courtesy driver is always 40 mins away dropping other people off. Went in to get winter tires on and a service for my partner at 11:30am. Still currently waiting at 3:30pm. No tires are on the vehicle. It is still hoisted in the air. No estimate for when it will be done. At this point, l don't even believe there exists a Paul or courtesy ride service at this location. I suggest they invest in additional courtesy drivers. What is the purpose of the appointment time if they are not available to drive you? Very inconvenient and frustrating. People have things to do and people to see! Update: 3:37pm, tires are finally on and car has been lowered to the ground. Car has been driven out if the garage. Still waiting for the car to be released. Update: 3:53pm finally get the car back after being charged "a percentage" for shop supplies (~$5.00). When asked about what the shop supplies were they said soap for washing the car. They missed more than a few spots washing the car, see pics. If that is how they do business, then we definitely do not recommend them. They said the breakes were bad but they marked them as good on the inspection sheet b.c. they known legally they can say just about anything, but they can't write it if it isn't true.
